■ Order Processing and Production

Orders are typically processed and prepared for production within 2–5 business days after the order is confirmed.

Processing times may vary depending on the product, production facility, order volume, and seasonal demand.

■ Shipping

We ship to Japan and to the international countries and regions available at checkout.

Delivery times vary by destination and typically range from several days to approximately 3 weeks, including production and fulfillment. Delivery may take longer during peak periods or due to transportation conditions, weather, customs procedures, or carrier circumstances.

Complimentary shipping is available to all countries and regions currently supported at checkout.

■ Tracking Information

When a trackable shipping method is available, tracking information will be provided after shipment. Tracking may not be available for certain shipping methods or destinations.
